Very disappointed. I had some composite veneers as well as a clean done last year, and I wasn’t happy with the compsosite veneer, they were the wrong colour and 1 front tooth was left longer then the other (uneven). Because i called and made a compaint, when i went back to have the work fixed I was treated very unwelcome, i knew never to go back for cosmetic work. Today I called to get a routine clean and I was asked my full name by the receptionist and then put on hold and denied a clean, and was basically told to go somewhere else. I have never been treated so poorly as a paying customer and

Took my 6year old in for a general check on his teeth, Dr Ngyuen was very gentle and helped my son feel at ease ! Receptionist Anita was fantastic and helped answer any questions I had.
They both also assisted me with finding another Dentist who could assist my son using the voucher through Medicare without a gap fee - I was very appreciative of their honesty and help !
