Thank you so much for your phone advice this morning, when we discovered we had no house water as the water pump wasn't working. I really appreciated your call back as well to check the outcome and to give further advice to work out the problem was actually the EcoCycle pump tripping the pump safety switch - and the water pump and safety switch are actually both ok if the EcoCycle pump is turned off. So now we know very quickly what needs to be fixed 👍🏽 great customer service and expert advice👏🏼

We would give 5000 stars if we could. Ignore the crazy lady's 1 star. We have had countless plumbers and pump people around and TRUST US this man knows his stuff. Identified and fixed issues we'd had for years straight away, even issues that we had been told were just part of the pump. Do yourself abfavour and make Nick your go to pump guy :)

Fast efficient service from a guy who knows what he's doing, came to look at our noisy pool pump on a thursday and took it away, fixed it and had it back here up and running the next morning. On top of this gave some great tips on how to look after the pump in the future, would not hesitate to recommend.

We got the pump doctor out to inspect our pool pump as it had began leaking a tiny bit from inside the port valve. Whilst I truly appreciate the prompt service, I was very disappointed when Nick walked up to the pump, turned the valve the whole way around back to where it was which made the port valve leak WAY more than it was in the first place. He then told me that he “doesn’t even know what brand it is” and “I’ll provide you with a quote to replace it with something more suitable” and was uninterested in a potential fix or at least bringing out any tools to even examine the filter
