Used several times. A couple of windscreen replacements and some window tinting. Decent end result and even repaired the rear screen elements at the same time. I did book my car a couple of weeks back though and when I arrived, no one was there. I could see lights on through the back, tried knocking on both doors and calling but no one answered. I went back again later in the day and the same situation. I appreciate it is difficult at the moment due to covid but would have been nice if a sign was up or someone called me as I had arranged for a taxi to give me a lift back (first attempt).

We have a South facing conservatory and found it to be unbearably hot and bright in the summer, we considered blinds but thankfully got advised to tint the glass. What a difference, its a perfect summer room now, the tint took away the glare and a lot of the heat to make it perfect to sit in, also people can't see in through the roof now so it gives privacy as well,easy to keep clean. Great company, great service absolute 5 star. Thanks Dave and his team.

Decided to tint my xc60 rear 5 windows ,went on google as you do and contacted these folks . Competitive pricing structure and a very helpful chap on the phone convinced me , this was the place for me .Without knowing it , I had made an excellent choice. The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly .I thought I knew what I wanted, the boss soon sorted me out with the right shade for my vehicle 15% not the 20% that was in my head .The boys in the back room did a excellent job, really happy with the standard of work. Hence the 5 star rating from me .

Went here weeks and weeks ago about getting our conservatory roof tinted, was hesitatant I admit, but the service was excellent and decided to give it a go and the price was excellent.
Had it done and it looks brilliant even in the very limited sun we have today u can see the difference.
Highly recommended, friendly team especially Michelle in the office whom always remembers who u are and is kind

Travelled a good hour for this with no regrets whatsoever. The place is easy to find, and I found everybody very friendly and professional. My car had 5 windows tinted, which took under 3 hours. There's a couple of big shops 2 minutes away, so the wait was not an issue. The job on the windows is absolutely perfect, and should add value to my car. All in all, a very good experience, a job very well done and a nice cup of tea! Could use Direct Window Tinting again and would defenetly 100% recommend.
