Mandy joins Carroll Goldsmith with broad commercial experience gained as Legal Counsel at Tennis Australia. As a business associate, I have absolute faith that Richard Goldsmith is a man of honesty and integrity. However, I had serious doubts that the team at Carroll Goldsmith Lawyers would be able to extract the substantial debt owed to my business from a car yard, given that in this industry, these businesses are more likely to go into voluntary liquidation than honor their debt. But in a timely manner, with very little fuss, and a surprisingly small cost, which was fully recovered from the debtor, the full amount owed was deposited into our bank account. My husband and I sold our wholesale business and had a Lease for our warehouse drawn up, through Richard Goldsmith. We have nothing but praise with the professional way in which emails were answered and phone calls answered in such a timely manner. Although the sale did not go through without hitches, as usual with a sale of a business, Richard was there until the end. The peace of mind having an upfront fee, was an added bonus.
