I called to enquire about a repair for a residential fridge. The owner was rude, condescending and unhelpful. He asked me to send him a follow up video of the fridge and then failed to ever respond to it once sent. How is anyone supposed to use a service that won’t respond to customer enquiries?

I've used Fresh Refrigeration twice in the last month. The first time was for a maintenance call on an ice machine. I was impressed with the response time, quality of the work (including providing options/solutions for the issues i was having) and also follow up to ensure that it was working correctly after the service. When my service fridge broke down recently, I called Roberto immediately and was just as impressed with the speed of service and quality of the work.
