Partytime Hire has been established for over thirty years in Sydney. We specialise in all party hire equipment including chair hire, table hire, marquee hire, glasses hire, crockery hire, cutlery, linen, catering equipment, heaters, dance floors, carpet and much more. We can help you with a great range of equipment and we know our prices are competitive. There are no 'hidden' fees - we don't charge damage waiver or credit card fees, so if you are comparing quotes, make sure you are looking at the bottom line. All of our online prices are inclusive of GST.

Andrew has been running the business since his father went into retirement 10 years ago and has been working for Partytime for even longer than that. You'll find Andy to be very 'hands on' for a Company Director. He is often the person to meet you for site inspections, and will take his time to offer his expertise advice.

We've got a great range of shelters and marquees for hire and we know that we have something to suit both your occasion and budget. At Partytime Hire we have two types of marquees both peg and pole and structure marquees. Peg and pole marquees are suitable for grass only. Structure marquees are generally suited for any surface and can accommodate a larger group of people.

Yes, all equipment must be returned to us clean of food etc. Of course we wash everything anyway so it is sparkling again for the next customer, but for hygiene purposes we can't have dirty crockery sitting around!
Start thinking about drinks. You may want to keep an eye out for good prices now and start stocking up. One source suggests 3 bottles of wine for every 4 people and 3 - 4 cocktails for a 2 - 3 hour cocktail party. Line up any help you may need. Consider hiring someone to help you with the set up and cleaning up, passing of food and filling up drinks.

Did you know that there are 3 different sizes of martini glass, and the 'normal' martini glass - the James Bond one, the famous one, the one everyone thinks they know - is tiny, a three-sip thimble, and the one everyone thinks is 'normal' is actually an extra large cocktail glass?

Party Time Hire taught me that when I rented some off them. I've used them twice now, to hire glasses and other bits and pieces for large events, and they're amazingly helpful, competitively priced, and located a sweet sweet 5min drive from my house which is alllllll gravy, son.
