We used Royal Booths for our wedding last week and the booth was so user friendly the setup was stunning and Julie was such a wonderful attendant. Absolutely amazing service from first contact with Evans till end of my daughters 13th birthday party. I asked for a bubbly but respectful photo booth specialist and royal booths delivered above and beyond with Julie.

Highly disappointed with the poor level of service and professionalism of this business. We initially hired them for our engagement a few years ago which we were extremely happy with so we decided to book them in for our wedding.
Since then, they must have changed management or got taken over by a new team but the level of service has declined drastically. First off the attendant arrived late to the venue and rushed to get it set up without time for warm up.

Really happy with overall dealings with the Royal Booths team. I dealt with everyone (Julie, Evan and Zenzo) and they all seem to be on top of my profile and picked up where the last left off. Small hiccups here and there which can be expected as their service involve coordination and communications with multiple parties however they are always quick to respond and offers good resolution options. My guests were happy with their experience and I would recommend :)

Very happy with my impulse booking of Royal Booths for my wedding. Booth was set up early and the attendant was funny and friendly, adjusting focus for each picture if needed and creating duplicates in B&W for pictures with the wedding party.
Easy to deal with, set and forget!
Only downside: slight lack of communication, was not clear if backdrop was included and had to follow up but easy to deal with, some of the props were average but we supplied some of our own so that was fine.

Fantastic!! From start to finish. I hired Royal Booths for my partner’s 50th in May 2019 in Victoria. Evan was very friendly and helpful and worked out an agreeable cost for me. Gordon attended the booth all evening and was polite and helpful. Everyone had fun and the photos were put in an album immediately and people could sign their names. Excellent gift. As a bride, this was the most stressful experience. I initially paid the deposit to secure the date and shortly after paid the outstanding amount. I kept receiving invoices for the outstanding amount which as a bride, continuously panicked me thinking it wasn't paid. I paid extra to customize my background and this was completed months in advance. The day before my wedding, I got an EMAIL (no call or message) telling me they could not use my customized background as it would become pixelled.
