Bought two outside lights on the 7/1/21 and they were swiftly delivered on the 10/1/21 upon opening them both of the light bodies were scratched. Sent an email with photos advising them of the damage to which they advised to send back. Which I did the next day. As of today 20/1/21 they haven’t acknowledged receipt of the items back or even advised they are sending new ones out, and its nearly two weeks since they have received. If they think this is good customer service! Please be aware a lot of you have had good experiences, but if you need to return an item it’s more hassle than it’s worth

I bought a set of their solar fairy lights for about twenty quid, After a couple of weeks four of the lights stopped working and I was in touch to see about a replacement set. They were quick to reply and have sent me a new set, plus I still have the old ones! Service indeed and I will be using them again, as should you.

Not often do you get great service these days, especially when prices are good. You normally get what you pay for, but these guys exceed expectations. On top of great products delivered quickly, I've just come off a chat with Elizabeth, to answer some technical questions. She answered within a minute, and helped enormously. Keep up the good work! Not even awarding a star. I ordered two lights installed them and they did not work. I then recharged them and followed all the instructions (twice) - I even changed their location. I contacted the customer service team on chat - they said I could not get my money back until the product has been tested and ONLY when it has been proven to be faulty I can get it back. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and hostile and was not helpful in any way! I have recommended this provider to multiple people as I liked the look of the lights - wished I had never bothered! I will NOT be a returning customer
