AAVP carries most popular sizes in a 70 micron high barrier pouch as well as a strong clear 70 micron pouch ideal for displaying food products. Both pouches come in plain format. We offer black backed & gold backed vacuum pouches as well a pre printed microwavable Corned beef pouches. In addition to our flat vacuum pouches, we offer a full range of clear, foil & black backed stand up pouches.
AAVP supplies an extensive range of high quality Barrier shrink bags providing our customers with the ability to extend the shelf life of their products. Our high quality products not only extend the shelf life of our customers products, but also enhance the visual appeal of the products due to the high clarity of the film utilised.
Small square netting made by increasing the number of long chains and reducing the spacing between spirals of rubber. This type of netting offers extra compression to meat products and is recommended for use on boneless hams and other cooked products. The small square pattern spreads the compression of the netting more evenly over the surface of the meat eliminating air pockets and makes the net easier to peel.
In addition to our flexible packaging solutions, All Australian vacuum packaging offers a range of speciality items and a large range of sundry packaging items. Used as a meat liner on the tray or inserted between meat layers will ensure surfaces of meat are a fresh red colour all day. Non-absorbent, ensures juices remain within the meat to ensure minimal loss of weight / value.
Natural Casings' variable permeability permits uniform deep smoke penetration throughout the entire sausage to create rich, balanced flavour from start to finish. Variable permeability also allows product to 'breathe, ' which contributes to enhancing the sweet aroma of fresh sausage, whether resting in a meat case, or sizzling on a stove or grill.
