I suffered with sciatica for 6 weeks before i couldn't take it any more so i decided to go see a chiropractor. Found Dr Jim and i have to say just after two visits i started to feel better. and i started to sleep better after quite a few sleepless nights with pain.Dr Jim is excellent at what he does and i highly recommend him if you have any sort of back pain, headache etc.

Wow recommended by my brother in law, Jim is an amazing chiropractor, very professional and attentive. I struggled with a years worth of sciatica and with intensive treatment over 3 weeks he has healed my back, with great advice and the tools to take care of myself. Jim doesn’t just adjust you in 15 mins, tell you that you look much better and take your payment and next appointment like most chiropractic franchises in Sydney… he asks what is your area of concern, and won’t let you leave until he gets to the source of it. He mindfully assesses your spine, then carefully adjusts to your bodies needs—no session is the same!
Jim also doesn’t pressure you to come in twice a week if you don’t need to, but be careful because you’ll want to come back every day once you get your first adjustment!!

Jim is a great doctor, very professional, does everything very carefully. He Will always warm up the area first and then do the adjustment. After the first visit you get a relief from pain. He will give you good advice what and how to do at home, what exercise. And the price for the visit is very fair.

Jim was very thorough and professional when he helped me through my neck pain. He quickly deduced the necessary adjuments required but did not rush to perform treatment. Instead, he gradually loosened up affected joints and performed PNF stretches to prepare them. He dedicated an hour for an initial consult, and having seen many chiropractors, he would be one of the very few who would do such a detailed job.

I had an ongoing sciatica problem which impacted surrounding muscle groups which were impeding my progress at the gym. I also walked with more weight on the left to compensate. I went to see Jim who reduced my sciatica problem and relieved ongoing issues by loosening my very tight hip flexors and hamstrings. Jim gave advice on posture and how… everyday technology iS our worst enemy e.g the slouch walk caused by walking and looking at iphones! Add to this readjustments to my spine and back of neck! I am a different person. Life changing thank you Jim! I will be back for adjustments soon!
