We’re so happy with our new floor and are extremely impressed with everyone at Floormania Concord. We had talked to several companies prior and nobody quite gave us the peace of mind like Floormania Concord. We met with Rose when visiting the showroom and she was so attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable of the products. Richard came to measure and quote and with his level of expertise, he was the only person who was able to give us an estimate on levelling that might be required - most companies won’t mention this or was able to give even a ballpark estimate. This is the forth time that I have used Floormania Concord to lay a floating timber floor for me. This was a small job and we are very happy with it. In fact we have been very happy with everything from Floormania Concord. Right from the initial experience when we came to the showroom and Rose's knowledge of the product, Richard with the quoting and the follow up after we ripped the old carpet and underlay up, to the morning of the install when Richard met the guys who were to lay the floor to explain our requirements so that I didn't have to. The guys were polite, professional and left the site
