Very bad experience...I was told that I could "Come down and get a piece of vehicle glass fitted" (drove 15 kms). Arrived to be directly told "No!" from an older female staff member - no apology for misinformation on the phone, very rude, inflexible and direct customer interaction and service. During my 40 years of operating within retail, hospitality and entertainment industries I would have to say this was an example of one the worst customer service experiences I have seen or received!
