Good reception from staff/owner. Good parking space for a larger vehicle. Room small but shower hot and a lot of water pressure which is great at the end of a day travelling. My q/b was very comfortable and the room was quiet. I left a small bag in the room and I was contacted by management same day I departed & they are going to post it to me & asked for me to make a donation to a local charity instead of reimbursement. In the past I have paid more money for this comfort. Good things come in small packages.

Discovered this little gem of a motel, friendly smiling reception, good rates, very comfortable bed, quiet as with no highway noise at all, enjoyed a perfect night's sleep as well as a perfectly cooked breakfast. Would definitely return here, very nice plus lots of hot water, electric blankets and a good reverse air conditioner.. why would anyone go elsewhere.. perfect choice for Glen Innes.. Thank you Amber Motel, just great and ten outa ten!! See you next trip

My car had broken down and I had to stay a night, wish I could stay for a week. Beds comfortable and so warm with electric blankets. The room had so many beverage choices tea, coffee, plunger, milo, coke, chocolate, biscuits. Had microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, toaster. Showers clean and great water pressure. The next day I didn't know how I was going to get where I was going, I stuck my head outside (a cold 7 degrees) to ask what time I needed to check out and was asked "do you know where you are going yet?" I said No, I don't and was then told to stay comfortable and only leave when I need

Fantastic clean quiet spacious room, comfortable bed, reverse air and electric blanket. Our room was made up everyday with clean towels everyday as well. Will book here again

Owners care about their customers and business in a professional way. Doesn't look very good but has peace and quiet and everything you need in the rooms. Clean, good breakfast. Little extras(free chocolates, soft drink. Windscreen cleaners outside). Highly recommended.
