Terrible service and communication. Looks no skills. I asked to fix for disc oil leaking and recall service for my Tarmac but they changed only the brake cable for 7weeks and asked for another two more weeks to repair the recall parts, but three months later, he still hasn't contacted me. Worse and worse When I visit this store to check the progress they even don’t know where is my bike in their shop. So I asked the same job to another shop and they gave me the recall service in 2hours. They look like just have no skills. If you visit here Never expect professional and good service like big shops

Very happy with my unscheduled service following a tumble. Staff were friendly and accommodating and Neil was diligent and generous with time checking the bike out and seeking to resolve some minor damage. Got to wait for a part but satisfied with all that was done and that all that could be done was done..

My mum and I have had a wonderful experience with John from Lonsdale Street Cyclery. After my dad had a bad accident, he has gone above and beyond, helping us to decipher the possible causes of the accident by scrutinising the damage to his bike. He has send us photos and videos, provided professional advice and offered us support, well beyond the ordinary scope of his role.
We are very appreciative not just of the support but also their professionalism and expertise.

Chris, John and Nils at Lonsdale Street Cyclery worked hard to help me back on the road twice after some bad crashes. They all communicate really well, and Nils does a meticulous job with servicing and seems to take pride in getting a bike to run at its best. I have had a much better experience with this shop than others around Canberra.
