These guys are full of integrity. My experience 4 visits with my piaggio have always been at the highest level of integrity.
I was quoted elsewhere $1500 for credit for the rear brake. Turns out after I took to them it was just an adjustment...they did it for free whilst looking at something else. So refreshing to meet a maintenance work full off integrity

Wouldn't recommend this dealership.
Dishonest! Fake promises, and poor after sales service!
Purchased a vehicle off these guys and after having the vehicle for a couple of days notice the suspension has gave way and the power steering was making a sharp screeching noise on sharp turns. Brought the car in, to have it check was told that the suspension was not covered under warranty. They also told me that they have fixed the power steering issue. Left the workshop with nothing being done! Wasted my time and all the ups and downs.
Their diagnose on the suspension issue was also incorrect. Glad

Bought a BMW from these guys, great car. lousy after sales service. when I had a problem and contacted them I was told I would get a call back....it NEVER happened. numerous calls made by me and promises of a call back. this went on for MONTHS. No call back EVER came until I threatened them with a call to Consumer Protection. after sales service costs you nothing. do a pathetic job of it and it costs you heaps. Fault was a simple pump for the wiper reservoir. it didn't work when I purchased the car (an oversight by me for not checking it) and ,when I bought it to their attention they couldn't have

Last Friday I was driving down the road and my oil pressure light came on. Autostrada (where I get the car serviced) was 5 minutes away.
I called in and they immediately assisted by having a mechanic take a look. The oil pressure sensor was playing up so it needed to be booked in for some further work.
I was extremely busy so Paul offered to lend me a vehicle. I had my eye on a 'top end' Mercedes but settled for a good quality late model 7 series BMW. They had no obligation to give me a loan vehicle.

Bought a vehicle from them, and car salesmen Dennis & Paul seemed like nice and reliable guys - but as it came out later they covered some important facts re purchase from my wife and I at least twice. After a month and a half it came out car was not serviced in time, - so this cost me some time to figure out - they could not deny it when faced with it and had to do it at their own expense - I am lucky to work near that dealership. Bought my Vespa from these guys a couple of months ago now. Paul made sure I had the skills to ride it before I signed the papers, encouraged me to take lessons and buy the proper safety clothing so I felt safe and secure on the road. I'm so grateful for this realistic and honest approach to riding a scooter as this is my first! Paul even followed up the paper work for me when the Department of Transport took forever to complete their end of the transfer.
