It was a fantastic experience watching the Hi-Tech bikes in the store and especially the E-bikes. They were very polite and can help you with all doubts and suggestions you need regarding the bikes. They also service your bike and make you feel like you just rebought a new one. I would recommend going and having a look at their collection.

I would not recommend this place. Definitely not. I went in for a service which ended up costing me $370. Had to bring the bike back in after picking it up, as it was unrideable. Worst than before dropping it in in the first place. What's more, they did not even bother to make sure the breaks were actually working and put the wrong tyres on. And finally, the customer service from the mechanics wasn't any better.

Today I collected my first road bike after many years of Mt biking and commuting bikes.
The Belmont Centre guys, Andrew and Shane where spot on. They took time explaining my riding technique on the bike and steps to improve my cycling with the gear I was about to purchase. They explained the tech on the bike and how to use it and ensured I could. Something other bike stores didn't do when I purchased a bike in melbs 3 years ago.
They didn't push me to get me to buy a more expensive bike than I needed and made me feel comfortable.
I'm very happy with my purchase and gear I've bought. :)

Highly recommend BC Belmont, have been with them since the old store round the corner. Recently took my road bike for a service and they did a great job, comprehensive and fixed some minor noises. Service over and above expected, even cleaned the bike, trued wheels and put a patch on to prevent cable rubbing on frame. Great job!
