I spent many years working as a community Pharmacist in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and in New York City. Regardless of continent, my clients had the same skin concerns and the same questions. Having experienced the same issues myself, with 2 young children, I would spend hundreds of dollars trying to find products kind to our skin, that would actually work.
It was literally a process of elimination. In frustration, I decided to try out my skills, given my science background, and started making custom products for clients. These products were designed to address specific concerns whilst harnessing the power of active plant based alternatives (over synthetic ingredients).

Washing with water on its own can cause the skin to become dry but a good cleanser will remove surface dirt, bacteria, sweat and makeup to prevent the pores from becoming blocked. The massaging action we use when cleansing also helps bring fresh blood flow to the skin surface, making us look fresher and healthier.
Exfoliation is an essential part of your skin care routine - the main purpose of an exfoliant is to remove dead skin cells, dirt and oil build up and open up your pores. This allows your skin to absorb hydrating moisturisers more easily. Exfoliating can also stimulate skin cell regeneration to help delay the signs of ageing and keep your skin feeling fresh.
As the day progresses, our skin naturally dehydrates. Dehydration leads to the skin ageing quicker thus developing more wrinkles, leaving your complexion looking dull and lifeless. Our Moisturisers are formulated to keep the skin fully hydrated, nourished and protected whilst leaving skin plump, smoother and more youthful-looking.
Our facial mists complete the same functions as a toner. QED Mists help to balance pH levels, refine pores, protect the skin and provide hydration. Balancing your pH levels can help to improve your skin tone and assist in promoting natural skin radiance. The mists are highly concentrated with plant based ingredients and essential oils to provide your skin with high performing vitamin, minerals and antioxidants.
Your everyday face moisturiser is simply not designed to protect this delicate area & you need a heavier', lighter cream, specifically formulated to repair, protect and magically improve the appearance of your eye area. The fragility of the eye area is because there are minimal oil glands to keep the skin supple.

I have been a customer at QED since 2011. The owner Shosh and her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about skincare. I love their natural products and get regular facials at their Bellevue Hill location. They customise facials and recommend products to suit your skin type. You can order products and book appointments on their website. They have a reward points system and I use my points for free/discounted products. There is plenty of free parking on the street. I highly recommend QED skincare.

Highly recommended for skincare and massage especially the products . The girls are lovely and caring too . A couple of years ago I used to buy vouchers for my husband birthday and now he’s convinced that the products and the atmosphere are good. So now he has joined me to buy a year’s subscription. Looking forward to our next appointment with Emma and Hannah .

Recommended by my mum who knew I liked organic products for my sensitive skin. I tried their facials, face cream and mask. The best! Feels good before, during and after treatment, the cream is great for my skin, lightly scented and irritant free. The mask has done wonders for the congestion in my skin and low-key acne that I've battled with since high school. I love their products and staff!
