Super knowledgeable business when it comes to audio for vehicles! I wanted to upgrade my sound system in my Jeep and had no idea where to start. Amanda offered suggestions and narrowed down the direction to which we would take to get what I was looking for. Never did I feel like she was trying to up-sale or take advantage of a clueless goer! Keith did an amazing install and I’m so pleased with how everything turned out!

Poor experience. Dropped my vehicle off to get remote start put in only to pick it up with huge chip and crack in my window. I was told it wasn't their problem, and the staff was unwilling to even discuss the situation.
Now the story changes, I was told their was video of the car having damage before it was worked on, now there wasn't any damage? I believe you should have insurance to fix damage to customers vehicles if you don't offer private and safe parking for vehicles in your possession.

If you are going to purchase/have something installed by them make sure you ask everything about a product you know nothing about before you have an install done here or else you will end up having to pay more for something you thought came standard!!!!

I paid river city audio $100 to install 4 new speakers in my wifes car, about a week after she picked it up I drove it and noticed a piece of the door trim was missing. No one else has ever taken the doors apart, so I called and asked them to look through their shop to see if they could find it. I left my name and number and I never got a call back. I called a second time and was told they didnt have the piece. Its now been a month since the speakers were installed and the right rear speaker is crackling and cutting in and out. I took the panel off and to my surprise the wires appeared to be stripped
