I dont rate this company at all, to date they have not assisted our property once but have no problems raising premiums when we have not claimed anything in the past. Its just sad that you pay building insurance and they dont cover fire equipment testing in the event something goes wrong, instead we are left to pick up the pieces again and seek legal advice this time. Garbage company! No point in paying building insurance when they dont even assist
