We ordered conference satchels and collapsible sports bottles for the Design and Technology Teachers Association of Queensland state conference, both with printed logos.
The whole process of initial discussion, ordering and delivery was very professional. We ordered satchels last year and PromotionsOnly still had our logo to use, which made things a bit easier.

Terrible and unprofessional service. The factory "forgot" to print our order and "told no one". After chasing up the whereabouts of our order, we ended up having to be refunded without receiving the goods required for our once-off event without enough time to re-order elsewhere.

Very very happy with the service. Ordered 100 custom stress balls, all produced fast and delivery was quick. The logo on the stress balls weren't to my exact position but all in all turned out great. Throughout the whole process, I dealt with the lovely Kathryn, who provided superior customer service, the world needs more Kathryn's!
Definitely recommend these guys, and I can assure you I will be back for a 2nd order, you can never have too much balls ;-)
