Had a DC2DC charger problem with the caravan so pulled in for the night to go on power. Well what a pleasure it was to meet Brendan & wife the temporary caretakers. Brendan went out of his way to help, check, read our manual for settings, tried many avenues of elimination and still had a smile on his face.
Very helpful gentleman who went away with a pack of Longreach Redclaw we gave him for his troubles.
Very clean tidy park with great amenities and camp kitchen facilities were spot on.

Good location but the facilities are old and tied. The whole places needs a makeover and if it had one it would be a 4.5 star camp. Try the public pools now that is 5+ facility

Establishment had a quick response for a pet friendly room query. Was able to book in fast and easy for a cabin with our pet. Advised them that we were going to be late as we were still a while back. They advised that it was no problem at all.
Upon arriving an hour and a half past closing time the staff were there waiting for us to check in. We were so grateful and happy that they went above and beyond their own time to make sure we were safe.
The price and the cabin was very affordable and I was happy with everything.
They explained the whole water situation on a poster in the cabin for us

Useful stopover location. Wifi left much to do be desired and no Optus network (not a matter of the park).
Bore water is pretty ordinary.

Nice little caravan site with helpful staff. The happy hour area was great and the amenities clean. It's an easy stroll round town and a great stop off.

Yes the water dose smell like eggs but that's because it from the thermal spring. The park itself is in need of a bit of work, having your gray water run into the gutter on the road is not a good look.

A very well run park with very clean amenities. The nightly entertainment and happy hour was very relaxing during our visit. The home cooked meals were a much appreciated option too. Well done to the managers, we will be back.

We stayed in a unit which was fine. The cabin however was not good. The adults ended up sleeping on the floor as they could not get into bunks. Should not be hired for adults only children.
