We purchased a Commercial property that required a level of due diligence and work with the agency closely. I don't provide many reviews however the service and response times with Barry and Jacinta were outstanding, who I saw balanced the needs of the buyers sellers outcome well and ensure a positive and good outcome was achieved on both sides. Worst agency ever!!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ignored multiple emails, phone calls and requests for repairs. Very disorganised and sometimes just rude.
During our 3 years of renting we had many problems which were always ignored .
In the end of our lease they charged us $3000 just immagine !!!!
We stuck overseas because of Covid situation and death in family.
They even doesn’t consider this because they are looking just use this situation and make more money from it.

If it was possible, I wouldn’t even give this real estate any stars. I have rented through many real estates in the past and never had such a bad experience as I did with Hugh Reilly. We were made to pay for pre-existing issues that were not identified by the tenant as well as the real estate in the entry report. They asked us to pay $100 to replace a $7 plug from Bunnings and expected us to pay for weeds to be removed from the overgrown neighboring property. The bond cleaner warned us that Hugh Reilly are known to be extremely difficult during their exit reports and no matter how much you clean

One star is still too many for this absolute abortion of the Real Estate Industry. From the moment we had the misfortune to rent a property through Hugh Reilly we were ignored in our requests for maintenance to be performed on the property, including issues that were matters of health and safety, we were spoken to as though we were a something they'd trod in on the footpath, their process for dispute resolution is to hang up on you, and if you do manage to get a dialect going, you can count on it being made exclusively of placation and lies.
