Wendy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of International Trade. Wendy completed a Graduate Certificate of Migration Law and Practice and obtained the status of Registered Migration Agent in 2016. Prior to joining Work Visa Lawyers she spent 2 years working as a consultant, providing migration advice and services for a number of skilled migrants.
Lochlan Reef MacNicol (MARN 2117075) completed a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Adelaide in 2015. Prior to joining Work Visa Lawyers he spent two years based in Vientiane, Laos, working in corporate and commercial law on a diverse range of matters dealing with clients and counterparts from all over the world.
Sumandeep has been working with Work Visa Lawyers since 2011. She performs a range of administrative and research tasks in support of the Migration Agents and Lawyers. Sumandeep's excellence in customer relations and attention to detail are valuable skills contributing to our practice of Migration Law.
She has a Bachelor of Management from the University of South Australia, and has over 7 years experience in customer service and administration within the finance and legal industries. Karina prides herself on her attention to detail and interpersonal skills. She provides valuable and efficient administrative support within our office and contributes to the smooth running of all aspects of the business.

The process of submitting a Visa application can be daunting, confusing and stressful, and you really want to make sure you get it right first go to give yourself the best chance of getting that approval. I'm quite an organised person, but the language used by Governments isn't always that straight forward and can be easily misinterpreted. There… is also a huge volume of supporting documentation required and you must make sure you tick all of the required boxes. The service which they had provided is impeccable. I had launched student dependent visa through them. Initially most of the people were saying that student dependent visa is long procedure and the success rate is very less but when I had first visited them and had a chat with them. They had given me a great confidence in the first appointment… only. As I had expected from the beginning they had made my file successful.
