Perfect Plant Hire came to our business while I was not here and took the plants I had hired and paid for, a week early without even calling me to let me know!
When I found out I called ten times before I even got an answer, they don’t redirect their calls, or don’t use an answer machine. I was then hung up on. I was however promised (before they hung up on me) that they would be returned the next day.
I had a staff member stay overnight close by, paying for a hotel room, so they could be on site when they were delivered at 6am the next morning.
They did not turn up! And wrote a last minute
