For many people visiting the dentist can be daunting, and that was certainly the case for me. However, since discovering Northern Dental Design my anxiety and fears around Dentists have reduced. Every visit feels like the first time where Dr Zina and her staff welcome me with a warm smile. I just received my first whitening treatment by Pamela and I couldn’t be happier. Pamela was transparent making sure I was part of the process and making sure I was comfortable. My teeth look amazing and my confidence has boosted thanks to Dr Zina and Pamela. I look forward to visiting them soon.

Visited the clinic 03/03/2021
Total rip off, my daughter went for a clean up as requested when I made the appointment. Literally it was a 20 min express consultation, got charged $450.05. Dr Zina did a clean up and 5 tooth sealing. I was told about "a" sealing but never about 5, of course in 20min you can't clean, seal and take the time to explain to the parent, you just find the opportunity and do it.
Would not recommend, don't get involved in their warmth and way "too friendly customer service " they will bite big
I already spoke to reception, Natasha was very good and took my complaint. This

I've been seeing Zina for as long as I remember now! She is absolutely amazing and both my daughter and I love her! She is great with kids and makes the whole journey seamless.. Dentists give me anxiety but not this clinic, I have had cosmetics from fillings to cleans here and always feel great afterwards! The girls at reception are also great very friendly and welcoming! Absolutely no complaints 💖💖

Being dental phobic, I am a difficult one to impress, when it comes to a dental practice.
Northern Dental Design however is a fantastic state of the art, modern practice. From the moment you walk in, it looks and feels great, its clean, well maintained and the team are very friendly and welcoming.
Dr Zina Mahdi is excellent! She is calm, reassuring and puts you as a patient totally at ease, explaining each step of the treatment and happily answering any questions you may have.
I have changed dentist 4 times in the last 4 years, but very happy to return to use this practice again!
