Had tabletop ballon decorations for night function, but within 3 hours, main balloons have been blown before the function begins, very disappointed by the quality of balloons they've used for this Decorations. Think about the importance of those ones for families' main function; it's spoilt their fun and mood.

Staff are rude.
Yelling at your customers as they walk in the door is not a great start to their shopping experience.

Dealt with a lovely young girl who was dressed amazingly for Halloween 🎃 and she gave awesome customer service.There was a rude older lady working who had not made an effort to dress up but she didn't need to as she is already an old cow. I hope the young girls get paid well to put up with working with such a rude toxic person.

I just called at 11:20am and spoke to a lady called Cherie. Talk about amazing service! I knew it would be busy because of click and collect, but I kindly asked if I could order some “60” balloons that I can drop off to my mum because I can’t see her (which is sensitive it itself..) I was indecisive with colours and the length of ties ect.. she made it no fuss, gave me an option of colours, explained the differences between latex and foil balloons, asked me where I’d be leaving the balloons to help me with the string length and signed me up as a member - got 10% off my order - and it’ll

I decided at the last minute of midnight to place a click and collect order for an upcoming birthday. Lombard Cranbourne called me at 9 am the next morning to confirm my order! They also suggested alternatives for couple of things unavailable. The order was available to pick up the same day too.
While every other store shut down on me, or is extremely delayed with deliveries, Lombard Cranbourne made my kids birthday very special with their beautiful and colorful decoration stuff.

I had called up this store for some Happy Birthday helium balloons and the lovely staff member called Shelley suggested I come into the store to have a look at their range as there is many to choose from. I managed to arrive at the store 5 minutes before closing due to traffic and she was the most friendliest person to deal with. She showed me the many designs they have and it was a great friendly transaction at the registers. She made the birthday celebration that little more special so thank you!

The Staff is amazing. Been there several times and have always had good customer service. The variety of products is great too. Narre Warren store has slightly more variety I think, but still has a good collection.
