Gregg Lawyers Pty Ltd was established by John Gregg in 1984, and advises many of Brisbane's leading Companies, Professionals and Business Groups. We are proud that some of the individuals who were our first Clients are still our Clients today. John, also founder of Gregg Lawyers Pty Ltd, is a career professional with almost 40 years experience in practice. John was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1979, and then to the High Court of Australia in 1984. Dianne joined Gregg Lawyers Pty Ltd in 1999 and currently provides the firm with a wide range of services including Office Administration and Practice Management (including the day to day running of the office).

We are registered to commence action in all States and Territories and our expert staff are trained in the Court procedures for each State and Territory. We also have an extensive network of agents, Australia wide, who are available to appear at any Court hearing if necessary.
Gregg Lawyers Pty Ltd Debt Recovery and Insolvency manages the debt collection process from the issuing of a Letter of Demand to filing a Claim and obtaining Judgment.
