You would be hard pushed to find better service than at BJPs.
Fiona was a breath of fresh air, went above and beyond to give professional service even under the pump leading up to Christmas.
I cannot speak highly enough of these people and recommend their top ranking customer service.

Very friendly and thorough conversation about diagnosis on the phone, Trent really put the time in to listen to my thoughts and I really appreciated his effort to fit me in to an appointment. Unfortunately, I ended up having to go with a standard mechanic instead after realising my issue was fuel related. But I so appreciate the service that I received on the phone calls put through to BJP and I will thoroughly recommend this service center to anyone in need of an auto electrician.

It's not often that I have come across a small tradie type business that understands what customer service is all about. But Trent and his fellow employees were all extremely helpful, friendly and most of all skilled at their jobs. Never forgetting that I was waiting, while they attended to all the other customers when I arrived without a prior phone call.
My issue had been one created by the installer of my redarc brake controller for my new Land Rover Discovery 5. It was one of those problems that would work sometimes, and other times fail, and brakes failing when towing a 3+ tonne van is not

Absolutely disgusting service.
The receptionist Fiona has an appalling attitude is very rude and condescending. As the first point of contact for the business she lets them down. I would avoid using this centre if it can be avoided. The treatment you will receive and the way you will be spoken to is less then any human deserves.
And in this case they didn’t even bother trying!
Fiona made a major mistake and tried to blame the customer to cover herself!
So no matter how hard you try!
Sometimes it’s worth at least trying!!

Trent and the team at BJP Auto Electrics are fantastic! Took my Toyota Landcruiser FJ73 project to them recently. The Cruiser has Had a recent engine swap to a 5ltr V8 and it came with a few wiring gremlins..
The guys had it diagnosed and sorted in no time at all. BJP are now the only ones I’ll trust with my families vehicles.
Would highly recommend them.
