From the very beginning of the service, this business was a stand out. I spent hours researching Bond Cleaners across the Coast to find a reputable business and also an accurate quote. I completed many online forms which resulted in an emailed quote which was doubled once speaking with the business which was concerning ... this was until I found DTS!!! I called DTS and spoke with Daniel who answered the phone at 10:30pm and walked us through the process. Really friendly and professional and focused on customer satisfaction. They have a gaurantee to return as often as required to meet the real estates standards - and they delivered. They met with me after hours and out of their way to exchange keys and even came the same night (after hours) to please a very nit-picky property manager. Dan was extremely knowledgeable regarding RTA bond requirements and advised me on what my real estate was wrongfully trying to charge me for. As a result, I received my full bond refund as promised. Bond cleans are very pricey, but you actually get what you pay for

This company went well above and beyond to ensure that my daughter got her bond refunded. The professional manner in which he treated both myself and the complex manager was outstanding. The job was completed in a short amount of time and to a fantastic standard. He organised all that was required. Bond clean, carpet clean and pest control. His prices were more than fair all with a guarantee. I would not hesitate to recommend this company for any exit cleans. If I could give him 10 stars I would. One very happy customer.
