Arrived at the accommodation. Room was very small, very drab and no ventilation. Very disappointed. Asked for a refund as there was no way we could stay there. Denied a refund. Nil contact from booking.com either despite sending them an email to customer service. Went a stayed elsewhere in a two bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with water views for not much more than this place was charging.
