Many thanks to Sharon from Milestone mortgages. As experienced investors we knew that this new loan would not be easy. Equity and servicing was not a problem, but other issues were:- *Property in a small coastal region *Property consolidated with another interstate property *Entity in a Company name, as trustee for a family trust. Plus we wanted a low percentage, interest only loan. Is that too much to ask for? Well it was for a National Brand name broker. Then along came Sharon. Experienced, skilled, knew her stuff and with right the contacts. As our portfolio grows, we won’t be looking
