A big shout out and thank you to Bespoke Art Framing. I had bought a frame and cut the matt board to fit the photo - horribly! I went to Bespoke on a Saturday morning and they helped me out so promptly. Within 20 minutes they cut me a new matt board to size perfectly for my photo. Outstanding professionalism, fantastic customer service and not to mention exceptional product. Thank you, thank you Tracey 🌻

I could not be happier with this company. We ordered a framed and customised pin board map of the world and had it shipped to Sydney. They did the job really quickly for us (it was a present and I ordered late) and it is gorgeous, but it was damaged in transit. When I told them about the damage, they immediately offered to replace it and to pick up the damaged item. Anyone can make shopping a pleasant experience (although lots fail!), but few companies deal with a situation like this as well as Bespoke Art Framing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Wonderful workmanship and finished products. I have had two business related awards framed by the team at Bespoke and that look wonderful. They stylised the frames to meet our brand/style guide (their idea and a great idea) and I couldn't be happier with the finished products on display. Lovey people, and fantastic customer service.

The work is fine. Don't expect to be contacted if your work isn't ready when expected. Under no circumstances should you expect so much as an apology when your artwork 'slips between the cracks' for 3 weeks.

In love with the frame you did for my hubby's 40th. It will take pride of place in his Theatre Room!
