Services
Coastal Plastic Surgery, a Specialised Plastic and Reconstructive clinic was established on the Sunshine Coast in 1999 by Dr Lee Brown. Dr Theo Birch, and Dr Ryan Livingston are both Australian trained Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons have now joined Coastal Plastic Surgery. This expansion has resulted in increasing the scope of the practice.
Dr Birch is a fully qualified plastic surgeon and fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. He holds a Bachelor of Science (biomed), Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Queensland. He has trained both locally and abroad to cultivate a wide range of surgical skills and knowledge aimed at providing his patients the best possible outcome.
Dr Livingston is a Queensland trained, Specialist Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon. He Graduated from medical school in 2003 from St Bartholomew's and the Royal London Hospital (University of London), UK. Due to high academic achievement he was awarded a scholarship from the Tallow Chandler & Joint Academic Research Board, which provided him the opportunity to undertake research.
Breast augmentation is a surgical procedure designed to enlarge the breasts using implants. Today there are many different types of breast implants available. Depending upon your individual circumstances, the implants may be placed behind your breast or beneath your pectoral muscles. The initial consultation at Coastal Plastic Surgery is with the Plastic Surgeon who will be undertaking the procedure.
Breast reduction is designed to relieve the physical discomfort often associated with large breasts and to enhance the overall appearance of the breasts. During a breast reduction procedure, the surgeon removes excess breast tissue and skin, resulting in smaller breasts. The methods of reduction and reshaping vary and depend on the patient's breast size, needs and expectations.

I recently went to TCC for my 2nd procedure with Dr Giannoulias and both times were wonderful. From consultation, to surgery. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering getting a procedure. They go above and beyond to ensure they give you the result that you want. Also, the pre op nurse Andrea is phenomenal. Overall an incredible team of people.

From the time I booked my an appointment for consolation, I felt very comfortable until the end. Doctor Levine is the most Amazing doctor as he is a great example for his team, his team is very caring and friendly during all the steps and the do there best to make me feel comfy during my procedure. I can say they are The most Amazing Medical team ever!!

I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. The doctor was so unprofessional. When consulting with me regarding my concerns he had a terrible demeanor and I felt like he was pushy about getting a procedure that I had no plans on getting. I would never spend my money with someone who does not care about the person and their desires. It was so clear that his only concern was money. He does not care about you and what it is your looking for. He was so unethical it was a joke. I walked right out of the office. Do your research!!!

I had a consultation booked and no one phoned. When I called to ask why this happened(three days later), I was told “well we forgot”.
Definitely not comfortable getting surgery from a place that can’t be bothered to even follow through with a call.
Not impressed but thankfully I found

I had lipo and BBL with Dr. Levine 2 weeks ago. I am already obsessed with my results and I’m not even healed yet. The day of surgery the nurses were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable that I was barely nervous. I’ve already had 2 follow ups and I’m scheduled for a 3rd in 3 more weeks. I highly recommend dr Levine and Toronto cosmetic clinic and I will be returning for future procedures.
