I had multiple poor experiences with them. First one when I was about to buy a Triumph from them but the owner reduced the agreed value of my tarde-in by over 20% from the week before. I ended up not buying the bike from them. 2nd time around I ordered some indicators from them, they made me pay upfront, 4 months into it, I still didn't have the indicators. Very prompt, organised and nice to deal with. I can strongly recommend that you give Bill a try. He really does help you after you have purchased your motorbike too. He is very knowledgeable on Triumph bikes. It is an owner operated business and that means you will get better service than even the biggest other dealerships. Bill delivered my bike within a few days after I had waited weeks without any progress from another dealership. Give Bill a call before you decide where to buy from.

Bill gave great customer service and his knowledge of the product was excellent. There wasn't any of the high pressure you usually get from other dealers. I highly recommended Bill if your are looking to get on the road with 2 wheels.

Staff are knowledgeable, provide genuine suggestions and are not out to make a quick buck!
