After weeks of being told from another antenna technician that my reception was just "dodgy", I decided to get a second opinion and called up Alex at Antenna Masters.. He talked through what he assumed the issue was and the process involved; he was so friendly, informative and patient with me, gave me a free quote and then had a technician here… the very next day! The technician Richard was here for only 15 minutes and had it all sorted and fixed with every channel. 10000% recommend these guys. It's good to have an efficient and reliable company, but it's fantastic to have that delivered

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. This company installed an antenna booster to my rental property without consent, citing that if we weren't happy they would remove it free of charge. When questioned upon what standard they were using to determine that a signal booster was required, my rental manager and I were met with unprofessional defensive rhetoric and unhelpful suggestions. We were given the run around for months, without any concrete answers to our questions, and despite assurances that the bill would not have to be paid until the matter was settled, I kept receiving invoices
