Services
We welcome patients with any health fund at our clinic. We can swipe your health fund card and make a claim on the spot on your behalf using our Hicaps facility. Once the claim is made on the spot, you will only need to pay the remaining gap. The amount claimable is based on the level of cover you have with your health insurance provider.
We recommend a professional check-up and clean every 6 months. This will help in maintaining good oral health and aid with detecting any dental problems in the early stages. While we do recommend every 6 months, there may be changes to the timeframe based on the individual needs of the patient. A good age for children to have their first dental visit is from 18 months.
At Totally Teeth our key focus is on prevention. We recommend having a dental check-up and clean every 6 months to maintain healthy mouth and a glowing smile. Regular examinations will help diagnose and treat any concerns in the early stages. We taken intraoral photographs during the examination to give you a clear understanding of any oral health issues that we notice.
Taking care of your teeth at home is very important, but regular dental scale and cleans are vital in maintaining good oral health. This can only be removed by a dentist during a professional clean. If left untreated, calculus build up can cause gingivitis (gum inflammation) which will then progress to periodontitis (receding gums).
There are many factors that can cause tooth discolouration the most common factors include aging, tea/coffee, red wine and smoking. Discoloured teeth cause people to hide their smiles from the world. Before whitening it is best to make sure your mouth and oral hygiene are in a good condition. A consultation is needed to make sure there are no cavities and that the teeth are cleaned before commencing with the whitening.

I've had a few fillings, a cleaning and a wisdom tooth extraction by Dr. Nicholas Elnazak and I honestly could not be happier with my experience. He has a wonderful persona and always makes me feel calm and rested. He always explains the procedure and answers any and all questions I have. The dental assistants are very kind and help with a speedy and smooth procedure. I can't forget about Joelyn (manager/receptionist), it is always a delight to see as she welcomes you to the clinic. Definitely recommend Totally Teeth!

Not a good place for checking teeth. The lady at the reception was nice but the dentist was very pushy when I informed him that I did not want to do an x ray but only a clean up for today. he kept persisting and asking why. Dentist was also rude towards the end of the session saying " i said take off your glasses off your head" when I did not hear him saying it the first time. This is a place I did not feel comfortable in a all and would not recommend to anyone. Not going again.

I cannot recommend Dr Doshi and his team enough. I was always so anxious to go to the dentist so much so I put it off for 7 years but after my experience at Totally Teeth I can honestly say I am no longer afraid to go back every 6 months for a clean.

Came in originally for a filling that had fallen out. Dr Esther was so kind, patient and gentle. It reassured me enough to finally address my poor dental health. The receptionists are so professional and helpful. Shona (dental assistant) and Dr Esther are a great team, they instantly put me at ease. They even managed to save one of my teeth from a root canal! The last appointment on my dental plan was today and I can't thank everyone at Totally Teeth enough!

I have being going to totally teeth endeavour hill since it's opening. I've had very bad experience in the past with other dentists but with Dr Doshi it's next level care. My family and I travel 49 km to come and see him every 6 months and it's always worth the trip. A very professional and caring team at totally teeth.

I easily booked online as a new customer and I had the clinic call on the day to confirm my appointment. The clinic is lovely and the staff are very pleasant. I had Dr. David Nguyen do my dental check up and I would definitely and highly recommend him. He was gentle, explained what would be happening, and made sure to check if I was okay during the procedure. It was very informative to see the receipt of what had been done in detail as well.

No one LIKES going to the dentist, but these guys make it a comfortable experience. The staff are great and the Dentists are really gentle. I'm a bit sook, but I had some work done recently and the Doctor was considerate and made sure I was comfortable and knew what was happening at each step.
I first came here a few years ago after a recommendation from a friend. We moved further away a while ago, but now I make the trip (about 30km from home) to come back because of the treatment and the quality of the work.

I have a massive dental phobia so finding a good dental clinic is really important and I've been many clinics through out Melbourne but so far Totall teeth is the best! Appointment time is very accurate. I've never waited and if I do it's no more than 5min . I'm not the easiest patient but Dr and dental nurses are very patient and make sure I'm comfortable. Highly recommended:)

Dr Doshi was very attentive… and gentle throughout the procedure and Tab was very friendly and accomodating ensuring I was comfortable at all times.
During the routine checkup Dr Doshi discovered a small cavity in a tooth. Without delay, Dr Doshi made light and pain free work of providing a filling.
I would happily recommend both my friends and family to Totally Teeth in Endeavour Hills.
