My husband and I were very happy with Sam's services when buiding our new home in Willowdale. It was such a daunting process for us because our block of land meant it was near impossible to go with a project home builder, we came across House Plan Design online and we are so very thankful we chose Sam, he is affordable, reliable, efficient and was able to help and assist with the 101 questions we had, right down to taking the plans to council. The plans were fantasic our DA submission took less than 3 weeks to be approved and the planning office applauded Sam's work, hence the fast turn around

My wife and I were recently looking to extend our existing home of 34 years in Campbelltown, South West of Sydney.
Sam showed a particular eye for detail when helping us with our drafting plans and to figure out how to add a shower into what was previously a half-bathroom by moving a door and some plumbing fixtures, he also helped us with our submission to Campbelltown City Council for our extension.
