The sampling room is a private function room with tap beer, Invite your friends, family and co-workers for a business dinner or a private function. Same menu as the restaurant, Also with set menus for group functions. Steve King - Great service, wounderfull food, fantastic accommodation, would come back any time.

Perfectly good good. Tasmanian wine options are extremely limited (1 white 1 red). Prices were reasonable. Some meals were quite large and others more modesty sizes. The service was good and everything went smoothly. Parking in the main street of Latrobe was difficult due to the large number of cars,but the side streets weren't so busy.
