Unreliable. I booked Michael in November for a job in December as I was going away. He said he would drive by my address to give me a cost which was fine and that the job could be done in my timeframe, which it could.
When it came time to do the job he delayed it by a day and when he arrived the following day, he said it was to big and would have to alter the price, which means he never drove past as he claims to look at the job, originally. I left a voicemail and text to resolve the issue but I didn’t get a response for several hours in which time I had to find another lawn maintenance company
