I contacted Silver Service about an absolutely horrible taxi driver on Christmas day. It's now been over two weeks and they have not contacted me back. They clearly don't care at all about their customer service or business reputation. Definitely NOT silver service in any way.

Got ripped off by a driver , 35 dollars charge for 15bucks trip, and the driver asks you to pay in 2 mins after driving and was so rudeeeeeee , most of the people I met in a cab were really nice, but this particular person , number plate T 111 , never again this silver service

We have a kid under 12months and hence need to order a baby seat.
There’s no way of ordering this on the app, so you have to call their number.
It takes a long time for them to answer the phone.
It then takes FOREVER for the taxi with the car seat to arrive.
The whole process took way longer than just getting public transport.
Never ordering that again!!

Critical: Punctuality
Twice now booked cab day before neither arrived lost our lunch booking Christmas day, on wait phone 30mins, pre paid had to drive. No one to lodge a complaint to just the worst service.

Don’t bother using these low life scums…they charged me $83 from Neutral Bay to Domestic Airport with no traffic after giving me a quote over the phone for $45. After arriving at the airport driver quickly scanned my card trying not to show me the amount. On top of everything driver stunk like a wet dog! The taxi was also extremely dirty. When I called their office to complain the cockroach acted all dumb. But I will still follow up.

Ordered a silver service to take my wife to the Star for her birthday lunch. Both of us were dressed up and ordered a silver service to ensure it was clean and a professional service - to many bad experences with the regualr taxis at the airport
The driver was brilliant and great service
However the interior was filthy and disgraceful.
Food and drink stains and residue everywhere - refer to photos
If we weren't running late - i would have refused to get in and order an uber

We pre-booked a taxi and got a confirmation number.
Taxi did not show
The person who answered our call on the day we had booked after no show told us a cab could not be gauranteed. We we’re in an area with no other taxi service and they advertised themselves as available in the area.

I booked a car in advance, got a quote, and agreed on a prepaid price. When the driver arrived, he told me that the meter would be easier and cheaper, and convinced me to use that instead. It ended up costing $15 more than the prepaid price, but he insisted that because we had run the meter, I had to pay that. It's pretty obvious that he knew full well he was tricking me into paying more. I had wanted to support the taxi industry, but it's back to Uber for me.
