A big thank you to GIA - Ilan, Luke and Carmel for the beautiful bathroom you created and had built for us. All the teams who contributed to the renovation were of the highest standards and we were especially grateful to have our bathroom completed during the difficult lockdown periods we were experiencing in Melbourne. Our small, old bathroom now looks light, spacious, modern and five star.

I wanted to upgrade our bathrooms so I met with Carmel Wylie, Interior Designer from Gia Bathrooms and Kitchens. We discussed my brief and budget and then I threw in my wish items.
Not only have Carmel, Luke and the team delivered beautiful bathrooms they have exceeded my expectations and completed by wish items ( a laundry and hallway overhaul) and created spaces that spark joy within me all in the middle of a pandemic!
I am truly thrilled with what had been achieved and feel incredibly lucky to live in a space that finally feels like home.

My partner and I have had the pleasure of working with GIA for the past several months as we were preparing to undertake a major renovation to construct our family home. Due to circumstances outside of our control we were unable to proceed with the build, however, we wish to share our experience with GIA to the point of just before signing the contract.

After having three bathroom companies come to measure and quote I was ready to give up due to all three 1) being unable to treat a potential customer with sufficient respect and 2) expecting their customer to buy many of the required materials and organise some aspects of trades work.
As a last attempt I looked at the GIA website and after visiting their showroom I was sufficiently persuaded to try one more time. I'm pleased I did because the outcome was exactly what I was hoping for. No renovation project is free of glitches and this one had a few minor ones but it was finished to a high standard

GIA recently renovated my top floor ensuite bathroom, and the result is stunning. Every aspect of the project was carried out professionally, and the experience was made very easy for me. From design through implementation, the team was very consultative and helpful, and the work completed efficiently and to schedule. When the odd issue arose it was resolved quickly and well. Very sincere thanks to Alan Nasrallah, designer, Sam Street, site supervisor, and to all the friendly trades. I highly recommend GIA for your bathroom renovation.

The team were great to work with from the design stage with Alan, through to the high level of tradesmanship from the whole team. Renovations can be disruptive, but it was made easier by having a helpful supervisor in Sam, overseeing the whole project & fielding our questions.
I would recommend GIA & look forward to working with them in future renovation projects at our home.

GIA recently completed a renovation of our ensuite, walk in robe and main bathroom, and the results were everything we had hoped for. The team made the process simple, working closely with us. Inevitability, there was the odd issue along the way, but the true mark of a quality company is they way they respond, which was to fix the issue professionally without fuss. Special mentions to Alan (design), Sam (site supervisor) and James (ops mgr) who made the process smooth and effortless. I would highly recommend the GIA team to anyone looking for a quality renovation of their bathroom.

Being my first renovation, I was quite nervous about the whole undertaking, but through Greg and Olivia's communication and professionalism, I quickly felt at ease and trusted that they would deliver the best outcome for me. They stepped me through every part of the process and no question or request was left unanswered throughout.
Olivia is an amazing designer, I felt that she had a very natural understanding of what I wanted both functionally and aesthetically
