My Telstra email has often troubled me and when contacted they were of least help. It was a major ordeal almost every time till I got in touch with Vish from Benchmark IT Services. Since then, any of my issues are just a call away from getting solved. At my age, what I need is someone reliable who can just solve the issues for me....Vish has always just done the same. I had forgotten the password of my password. I tried everything from doing it myself to contact Apple but nothing could really help. At the end of it, I had no option but to seek a professional help. On google there were various people who claimed to be able to fix the problem but I contacted Benchmark IT for they had a 5-star rating continuously.
Now after contacting them, since everything is sorted out....I can understand why have they got most of those 5-stars. The only reason that could be is that they truly deserved it.

I got a call from some hackers who faked themselves as Telstra. The hackers got into my computer and after a while, everything stopped working. My banking was also compromised. I talked to my husband who referred me to this company, Benchmark IT Services. Their guy promptly responded, cleaned up my system, secured the computer, network and router everything. Everything finally started working normally. Good work, highly recommended.

My Dell laptop was hacked and all the information on it was corrupted. I called up Benchmark IT Services and they promptly responded. Their one of the team members reached shortly after and quarantined my laptop. After that they did the data recovery for all of my corrupted data. I got back my data within 1 week's time. So efficient and knowledgeable this gentleman Vish, was from Benchmark IT Services.

My old VAIO drive crashed and was making funny noises trying to boot up. I called these guys and got a response straightaway. Tried few things as instructed but the disk was in bad shape. The tech came over on the same day and fixed it within half an hour. I did not expect them to fix it so quickly as it is an old 2008 model. They upgraded my hard drive to 1 TB and were able to copy over the old data. Thank god...they managed to salvage all of my important stuff. Very competitive pricing. I called up several people to help me when the installation of NBN messed up my whole network. No one could help until I found these guys, not so far from my home. It took them precisely 45 minutes to reach me after i called them up and then 30 minutes to fix the whole issue. Great job done, definitely 5 star to them.

Its the third time I have used their services and this time I could not help but to write the review for them. They are really good at what they do. My 2012 year iMac had suddenly died upon me. I googled for the right people. These guys came on the top so I just clicked on their link and made the call. Was really nervous till their tech came onsite. After that, everything was fixed within the same day.
