Caravan Parks of Australia (CPoA) is a privately owned company based in Melbourne, Australia. Its origins began in 1975, when the founder went on his first camping trip to the Grampians (that's him in the photo). CPoA currently owns and operates seven holiday parks in Victoria and New South Wales, with a view to continue to expand within Australia.

Carrum Downs Holiday Park is located in the greater Frankston area, less than an hour's drive from Melbourne, and only a short drive to the beaches and wineries of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. If you like to bring your furry friend on holidays with you, you will be pleased to know that this park and motel offers pet-friendly powered sites and rooms, with a dog park just next door!
Chelsea Holiday Park is located near the Nepean Highway, only 40 minutes from Melbourne. This park offers grassy powered sites, lovely tourist cabins and apartments available for short and long term stays, which sleep up to 5 people. The large outdoor swimming pool, undercover BBQ area and playground make this an ideal park to bring your family, with the added convenience of an onsite coin laundry and caf.
