When our business name was chosen, the concept of 'Online Plumbing' simply projected a positive vibe, with a bent toward the blossoming use of mobile phones (the "bricks" that they were at the time) giving the customer direct contact with the plumber, wherever "I" was. on the telephone-line so to speak.
That was over 20 years ago, since then, the internet has become the main marketing tool and Online Plumbing takes on new meaning. There are so many brands of mixer taps out there now that you virtually need a degree to work on them. We can determine the cause of tap faults easily and organize the right parts required to repair most brands. We recommend organizing a repair as soon as a fault or leak starts as in most cases if the leak is left too long, corrosion starts which can render the mixer tap unserviceable.
