We work for numerous Shopping Centre Management Teams throughout the metro area and understand that your electrical requirements quite often need urgent attention. As a priority customer, we work to ensure you are not left high and dry. We keep a large majority of Shopping Centre Inductions current to ensure we can attend with the minimum of fuss.
PRECISE ELECTRICAL WA thoroughly test the electrical operation of the RCDs and smoke alarms to Australian Standards to ensure they comply with legislation. We DO NOT just press the test button!

Our Asset Care Package is a dedicated, tailor made service designed to ensure owning your property remains hassle free. We are available 24/7, with up to 10 call outs per year to your property to address any electrical breakdowns. This includes a free yearly RCD/smoke alarm check. If you stay with the package, any smoke alarm changed by Precise Electrical WA will be guaranteed for 10 years from date of replacement.
We can supply an electrician 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for all your electrical breakdowns in the commercial, domestic, industrial and mining sectors local to the Perth metro area. Calls to an electrical job between the hours of 5pm - 6am on Monday to Friday, and all day on weekends and public holidays* will be classed as a Call Out.

Called Precise Electrical on behalf of a friend and within 1.5hrs they were out to restore his electricity. The staff are very friendly and even message to say they were 15mins away. Got a follow up call once the work was completed. Definitely recommend. Great job.

Organised for them to come out and quote for various works, with the option for it to be completed same day if the price was right. The electrician who attended assessed the situation quickly but thoroughly before providing a very fair price (better than the ~5 other quotes I'd received from other companies). He then completed the work in a matter of hours before ensuring we test it and were happy with the end result. Left the place clean and tidy. All in all, extremely happy with the work.

The team at Precise have been fantastic in helping with our office fitout, and recently some additional lighting and switching as we work to fit out the boardroom and staff cafe. Vic has been very accommodating to avoid power interruption during out operations, heading in early one morning to finalize a few connections that needed a power shutdown to complete.
