Since October 2020, we have been attempting to get a new inverter installed. The system was inspected in January, and the inverter was found to be faulty. A new one was installed on 11 February but the job was not completed because the installer did not have an AC isolator. He was not prepared to travel a short distance to get the required part. Throughout this experience, I have made 11 phone calls to Hembrows but they never return my calls which is extremely frustrating as it will only take a short time to complete this job.

Lachlan from Hembrows came referred by our roofer as one of the blokes in the industry to trust to install a solar system.
He listened, didn't do a sales pitch but advised what he would do if it were his place.
We took his advice and had a 6.6KW Solar Edge system installed.
He and his team were professional, on time and did a VERY neat job.
Couldn't be happier .
