Hi everyone, My name is Rachel and I own a salon in Canberra. Our work computer recently got smashed but was insured by salon insurance Australian! It was awesome giving them a call, Heidi immediately picked up the phone (no machines, wait times, or being put on hold). She very clearly and kindly talked me through the process (I have never made a claim before) and emailed me through a few things I needed to provide and a claim form, she helped me fill out the claim form and I think less than 48hours later they paid for me to get the newer model! I am from Melbourne and purchased an insurance policy with Salon insurance the middle of last year. After that, We have had many months of closure due to coronavirus and this company didn’t even try to help me at all with any type of extension or assistance. Cold hearted company and more expensive then any other. Don’t bother using them if you’re thinking about it.
