Our Family Apartments sleep from 4 to 7 guests, our refurbished Studio is reserved for couples seeking a relaxing weekend.

Clean, cozy and comfortable apartments and great value for money. Great option if you are looking for 2 bedrooms and self catering. Location was good and Lisa was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place if you want to explore the Mornington Peninsula. We’ll be back for sure.

My apartment was extremely well presented and clean. Very well stocked kitchen with all I needed. I was made very welcome by the attending staff member on arrival. The apartment is large enough for a big family.
Only problem was no fly screens on the window of the bedroom I used so I couldn't open it. However it does have a remote-controlled ceiling fan to move the air. So close to the beautiful beach foreshore (literally across the road) with both walking and cycling tracks. Also walking distance to a local café/restaurant The Kitchen at Tootgarook. Just a few minutes drive to Rye and Rosebud

Out of all the units only one was rented and some how they put us in unit 1 which was right next to the very noisey main road. Never seen any staff to ask if we could be moved to a quiter spot . The apartment had an odour of cooked food that we were unable to get rid of even with glen 20 .Went to use the washing machine and found both washing machine and dryer out of order. Other than all the above the 1960's flat we found was clean and tidy but could do with a big upgrade.

Huge thanks to Jenny, who fitted us in when our original accommodation cancelled on us when we were on our way down.
Our apartment was warm - thanks again Jenny! - clean, cheery and very well appointed.
