Jan and his team have been outstanding. From the first contact he has been responsive, listened, followed up on any issues whether major or minor and worked with body corporate to make sure I was put in the best position. From our first meeting with Jarn, he and his team worked in partnership with us to create the home we wanted in our Bondi apartment. We had ideas around functionality, design and colour palette, and Jarn was able to enhance that with his design concepts and industry experience. Part of the way through our renovation with had to deal with the initial impact of COVID-19, this created some hurdles that Jarn and his team worked hard to overcome, delivering our renovation project on time and exceeding our expectations.
