Asked for quote to toll my car which will cost $12x to a 20min place so I declined at first for the service but then called back to change the drop off point see would that make a difference. The same caller on the phone was extremely rude the second time on the phone, basically saying don’t call this number, we are busy, call someone else and hang up. Very frustrated to hear that when you needing help after an accident.

These guys are awesome, very reliable, prompt and friendly.
Have had to use them a few times now and always great service. We were previously happy with their service when my in-laws rang after breaking down speaking highly of them too.

My in-laws broke down while traveling from Melbourne back home to Queensland and were stuck, luckily Tow Trucks Brisbane were there in no time and the driver was very helpful and considerate helping my in-laws find transport and somewhere to stay while the car was getting fixed.

We would happily pay for their services in the future over others. We got stuck in the middle of a busy highway in peak hour traffic right in the city. The guy we spoke to on the phone was very helpful and reassuring as I was stressing out. When you have a 18 month old in the back of the car too, it definitely helped having someone who was kind. 5 stars for awesome cheap price, patience and helpful business
